A dialect of the English language that is used
by individuals that, have difficulty pronouncing certain
words, and/or, form a sentence using shortened words with improper verbs. Typically used
by low class people but with no relation to wealth. Not a slang.
Has a relation to poor education
but leans more towards laziness, if educated. Can be viewed
upon as a quick way of making
a statement. Became popular in the late
70's and early 80's by poorly
educated people that touted an "accept me for me" type
Christy and me is goin to da sto, you be want'n somin. Nah, I done ate already but let me aks Ricky.
could you please stop using ebonics.
