verb, iphown, iphowned, iphowning

1. Refers to the incident that occurs when the auto correct feature on an iPhone, or any other smart phone, changes an ordinary word or words, to an offensive or embarrassing word or phrase.

Although this can happen on any type of cell phone or smart phone, it has been most publicized on the iPhone, hence the reference to the iPhone in the pronunciation.
