Whatever can mean "I don't really care" (example 1)
Whatever can also meant "Fuck You" (example 2)
PERSON 1: Where do you want to go for dinner?
PERSON 2: Whatever, i'm not really hungry?

PERSON 1: It's you're fault we got pulled over last night.

This is the verb version of the verb. It's used to shorten the telling of stories when the phrase "And then I just said 'Whatever'" is used. Instead you can use this word to make stories more concise for your friends.
And then I just whateved.
OMG, you were totally whateved.
I'll just whatever her.
Sorry, I'm currently whatevering someone, hahah.
